Our dedicated Lofat team is here to make sure we cater to your food preferences, nutritional needs, and any customer service requirements you might have. Your satisfaction is what we're aiming for, and we're here to make sure you have a great experience!

    At Lofat Meals, we provide a diverse range of 15 distinct programs tailored to meet a variety of individual preferences and requirements. We offer the following programs:

    • 4 weight loss programs
    • 2 lifestyle programs
    • 3 high protein programs
    • 4 office programs
    • 2 school lunch box programs

     

    1. Weight Loss - Slim Fit Program:
    • KWD 150 for 28 days
    • 1200 – 1350 Calories
    • Three delicious, nutritious, healthy meals are delivered to your doorstep daily to help you keep your health in check.
    • Consists of three main meals plus one snack.
    • Includes two dietetic consultations per month.

     

    1. Weight Loss - Slim Fit Plus Program:
    • KWD 155 for 28 days
    • 1300 – 1500 Calories

    • The perfect solution for busy parents who want to ensure their children enjoy nutritious, well-balanced meals at school!.
    • Consists of two main meals (BF + Lunch) plus two snacks.
    • Includes two dietetic consultations per month.

     

    1. School Lunch Box – High School:
    • KWD 50 for 20 days
    • 1000 – 1100 Calories
    • The perfect solution for busy parents who want to ensure their children enjoy nutritious, well-balanced meals at school!.
    • Consists of two main meals (BF + Lunch) plus two snacks.
    • Includes two dietetic consultations per month.

     

    Cancelation of subscription with Lofat Meals:

    Before Subscription Start: If a cancellation is made more than two days before the subscription's start date, the customer will receive a full refund. Cancellations must be initiated by calling LOFAT's customer service center.

    Within Two Days of Start Date: For cancellations made within two days of the subscription start date, the customer will be charged for two days of service, and the remaining amount will be refunded. Customers must call our customer service center to process this cancellation.

    During Subscription Period: Should the cancellation occur at any time during the customer's subscription period, charges will apply for the days the meals were delivered, plus an additional two days. The remainder of the subscription will be refunded. To cancel, customers must contact our customer service center.

    Purchases on Offer: In the case of cancellation for a subscription purchased on an offer, the customer will be refunded according to the price paid, not the original price. This must also be processed through our customer service center.

    Receipt of Charged Meals: Customers have the flexibility to choose whether to receive the two days of charged meals or opt not to receive them. This choice must be communicated during the cancellation call.

    Refund Processing: The refunded amount will be issued as a check under the customer's name and will be processed within 14 working days from the cancellation date. The customer must present their official Civil ID to receive the check.

    Underage Customers: If the customer is under 18 years of age, the guardian must request the cancellation, and the check will be issued under the guardian’s name.

    Business Hours: Business days are from 9 AM to 5 PM from Saturday to Thursday. Any cancellation requested after 5 PM will be processed on the next business working day.

    Subscription Transfer: Additionally, customers have the option to transfer their subscription or remaining days to someone else if they decide not to cancel or receive a refund. This request must be made through our customer service center.

     

    Terms for Subscribing:

    Medical Tests and Photos: Clients are recommended to provide a SMAC 20 and CBC blood test taken within a period of at least 3 months before the initial visit with the dietitian. A before-and-after picture is taken for each client to visibly see the difference. This information is highly confidential and will remain securely stored in their medical file.

    Subscription Activation and Modifications: Clients must notify the center before 4:00 PM if they wish to activate their subscription 48 hours prior to the desired start date. If a client wishes to take days off or freeze their membership, they must notify the reception 48 hours in advance. Changes such as address modifications or adjustments to food preferences should also be communicated 48 hours in advance.

    Renewals: Clients intending to renew their membership must inform Lofat Meals and make their menu selections at least 72 hours before the current membership period expires. Clients intending to renew their membership must inform Lofat Meals and make their menu selections at least 72 hours before the current membership period expires.

    Address Change : In the event of an address change or modification to food preferences, the center should be informed 48 hours in advance, before 4:00 pm. After 4:00 pm, it will take 72 hours to process any changes.
